Our regular shipping partner is UPS which guarantee a
1-2 day delivery to U.S destinations and 1 day delivery to European destinations or
Hellenic post express service: 7-10 days delivery in USA , 2 days delivery in most European countries (Registered package)
Our customers can track their order progress as we can supply them with a code number from the tracking system.

Customer service and return policy
We at backgammonhellas.com are devoted to provide high quality service to our customers. Any unopened domestic item can be returned for any reason within 30 days.
Upon receipt of the item, we will credit your credit card for the price of the item. In case of money transfer/check etc. we shall return the amount -minus all the bank charges-.
